MEHD is dedicated to addressing the pressing challenges of disaster management in Pakistan. Situated in a region prone to natural disasters and compounded by insufficient preparedness, the people of Pakistan face immense vulnerability. Flash floods, earthquakes, epidemics/pandemics, and droughts wreak havoc, severely disrupting lives and impeding the country’s development.
